Dunes is a mandatory membership community. When purchasing a home in Delray
Dunes,
the purchaser must become a member of the Club.
SUMMER MEMBERSHIPS
Delray Dunes Golf & Country Club is pleased to announce its Summer Membership program for 2010. Our Summer program this year will run from now through October 31st at a cost of $1,000.00 plus tax ($1,065.00). This year we have decided to waive the $500.00 food & beverage minimum! We encourage you to dine at the club, but you will not have a minimum to reach. Club storage and locker rentals are available. Summer members at Delray Dunes enjoy reciprocal privileges at Quail Ridge, Atlantis, the Little Club, St. Andrews, the Delray Beach Club and the Seagate Beach Club (Delray Beach Club and Seagate Beach Club are dining only reciprocals).
We will be accepting up to 120 summer members this year on a first come – first served basis. If you are a returning Summer member, all you have to do is mail in your dues. If you are a first time Summer member at Delray Dunes, you must complete a membership application form (two sponsors are required), submit a check, and come in for an interview with the Membership Committee (once all paperwork is submitted, this process can take place rather quickly). YEAR ROUND MEMBERSHIPS
If you join Delray Dunes Golf & Country Club prior to October 31, 2010, you can save up to $15,000 on the current Membership Certificate Fee (MCF), which is usually $35,000. If the MCF is paid in full, it drops down to $20,000. If financed, it will be $25,000 plus interest. The MCF for Social membership is $5,400. The yearly dues are listed below. Dues will be pro-rated depending upon when membership is initiated.
The dues to join Delray Dunes are as follows:
- Regular Membership - $8,850 (plus tax) – Full membership
- Intermediate Membership - $4,425 (plus tax) – Full membership for persons under age 40
- Social Membership - $5,840 (plus tax) – Limited Golf membership (10 times per year at full green fees)
The Food & Beverage Minimum is $1,500 for a couple/family or $1,000 for single persons.
