| I grew up in Boca Raton and have lived in the area for a total of 48 years. We were looking for something different from the rest of the Clubs. I had played golf as a guest at The Dunes for many years and knew the members shared a very unique Club atmosphere. The golf and dining room staff made for a very rewarding experience every time we visited. The golf course playability and conditioning is first rate. Very important also was the children friendly environment of the Club. After 7 years as non-resident members we decided this was the very best place for us to move to. In the final analysis a Club is really about the members you share it with, and my fellow members make it a pleasure to live and play here. We couldn't be happier with the choice we made - this truly is the best Club and residential experience in South Florida. |

Gail and I are happy we chose to live in Delray Dunes. Our golf course is a jewel. The practice facility has proven to be a popular stop for everyone to work on his or her game. The addition of our "short game" practice area, built at the request of members wishing to work on their sand bunker play and their chipping, is a terrific example of how the club reacts to members' wishes. The Dunes community and club are very involved in our Delray Dunes Pro Am Tournament. This exciting event, which benefits our local Bethesda Hospital, has been held here annually for 33 consecutive years. We all take great pride in our contributions to this worthy project. |

| It was the spring of 1990 in Detroit and my retirement date was fast approaching. We had no specific plans for a winter retirement location other than we had narrowed the choice to "somewhere in Florida." We first heard about Delray Dunes from a fellow club member up north who was buying a home here. We also talked to an old friend and business associate who we knew lived in Delray Dunes. The result was a half-day visit to the Dunes in the middle of May, submission of an offer on a Holly Villa the following afternoon, and acceptance by the owner that evening! We went back to Detroit blessing our good fortune and the friends who led us to the Dunes and the perfect home for our "snowbird" needs. We felt the warmth and friendliness of this place from the moment we passed through the front gate. Had we spent two or three years searching for the perfect retirement spot "somewhere in Florida," we could not have found better friends, food and golf than we enjoy every day at Delray Dunes. |

The Miami area was our home for 40 years before retirement. Loving South Florida and not wanting to be far from the Gulf Stream, we visited about 15 golf communities along the east coast of Florida. Delray Dunes was our benchmark for comparing other communities and became an easy first choice. The outstanding golf course, gracious dining, and extremely friendly members were the deciding factors. We have loved our seven years here.

| Ginny and I were introduced to Delray Dunes at Christmas in 1978. We were so impressed, we bought a home and were members by January. As we begin our 23rd year, we look back at the best of Delray Dunes: the Pete Dye golf course and the excellent Laurie Hammer Pro Shop, good food and service at the club, security that affords comfort, and our fine friends and neighbors.
