CLUB CUSTOMS & GUEST PLAY INFORMATION
Our mission is to do everything possible to provide the most memorable golfing experience for you and your guests.
Arrival
Members are encouraged to contact the Golf Shop and or register all guest names on ForeTees when making a tee time. Guests as well as members should use the bag drop located at the north side of the club house when arriving and departing the club (Please look for the signage, podium and umbrella). The golf staff will ensure that your arrival and departure is handled properly. Delray Dunes has a no tipping policy.
Lockers
The locker room facilities are available for you to change into the proper golf attire. Please note that guest lockers are not available for guests. If you would like your guests to share your member locker, please contact a member of the professional staff prior to arrival.
Dress Code
Traditional golf attire must be worn at all times while on the grounds (golf course and practice facilities). Men – Attire must be appropriate for golf. Bermuda style shorts & mock tees are permitted. All shirts must have collars and be tucked in. Caps must be worn forward and are requested to remove them when entering the clubhouse. Denim or cargo attire are not permitted on the Club property. Women – Shirts must have sleeves and or collars. Sleeveless tops must have a collar. Shorts and skirts must be in tasteful length above the knee. Denim or cargo attire are not permitted on the Club property.
Golf Course
The Golf and Greens Committees appreciate you caring for our facilities and leaving in better conditions than when you arrived:
- REPAIR ALL BALL MARKS properly by pushing in toward center and tapping mark down.
- REPLACE ALL DIVOTS with sand provided on each golf cart.
- RAKE BUNKERS PROPERLY and leave rakes outside bunkers.
- Carts must remain on paths around tees and greens.
- Carts must remain on paths on all par 3 holes.
- Severe weather: In the event of severe weather, all players should seek shelter immediately. Please note we do not have a lighting detection system on property and play is at your own risk.
Pace of Play
Playing a round of golf in less than 4 hours is an important tradition at Delray Dunes. We ask that you keep pace with the group in front of you to help ensure this is maintained. PLAY READY GOLF.
Cell Phones
Silent usage of cell phones permitted in the club house and on golf course and practice facility.
